I want to train him so he wont chase cars so I can let him loose and he will stay in the yard.

We have a five mth old border collie that we love and want him to stop.
When I take him for walks he barks and lunges for cars ( he is always on his leash) I am afraid he will one day get away and get killed by car. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I have a chihuahua/pomerainion and he thinks he’s as big as a great dane, so he thinks he can overpower anything! He loves riding in cars, he’s ok with some cars when they stop and he gets to sniff them. But when any car drives by, he starts slinking toward it, then pounces and barks madly. I don’t want him to get hurt, help!!
